Day 1

Breakfast from the chef always includes bacon, fruit platter, a freshly baked good, and eggs to order.

Breakfast: Biscuits and Gravy

Lunch: Cirtus Glazed Salmon with Lemon Brococoli Pasta

App: Butternut Squash Soup, Esplette Oil, and Crotons

Main: Balsamic Glazed Hanger Steak, Roasted Asparagus, and Garlic Mash Potatoes

Dessert: Apple Crisp

 

Day 2

Breakfast: Shakshuka and Toast

Lunch: Hamburgers Bar, Mac and Cheese, Green Salad

App:  Burrata and Marinated Tomatoes Salad with Basil oil

Main: Chicken Parmesan Pasta, Vodka Sauce, and Roasted Cauliflower

Dessert: Strawberry Cheesecake

 

Day 3

Breakfast: Veggie Frittata with Micro Green Salad, and Pickled Red Onion

Lunch: Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with Stir-fried Veg served over Jasmine Rice

App: Tuscan Kale Soup with Grilled Bread

Main: Seared Beef Fillet, Potato Gratin, Broccolini, and Bearnaise Sauce

Dessert: Crème Brulee

 

Day 4

Breakfast: Avocado Toast with Poached Egg, Mirco Greens, and Pickled Onions

Lunch: Cobb Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing

App: Potato leek Soup, Fried Leeks “Straw”, and Croutons

Main: Potato Crusted Chilean Seabass, Cauliflower Puree, Burre Blanc Sauce

Dessert: Chocolate Mousse With Raspberry Coulis, and Whipped Cream

  

Day 5

Breakfast: French Toast 

Lunch: Skirt Steak Taco, Red Rice, Black Beans, Mixed Salad

App: Soft Pretzel and Beef Cheese

Main: Pork Schnitzel, Spätzle, Braised Red Cabbage, and Hunter Sauce

Dessert: Brownies and Vanilla Ice Cream

 

Day 6

Breakfast: Spinach Bacon Quiche

Lunch:  Chicken Bacon Avocado Sandwiches with a Balsamic, onion, bacon jam, Caesar Salad, Grilled Veg

App: King Crab and Grapefruit Salad

Main: Seared Scallop, Hummus, Smashed Potatoes, Red pepper Coulis, and Arugula

Dessert:  Salted Carmel Chocolate Tart

 

Day 7

Breakfast: California Eggs Benedict, Smoked Salmon, Avocado, Arugula, with a Lemon Hollandaise Sauce

Lunch: Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Coleslaw, Baked Beans, Collards Greens. And Jalapeno Chedder Corn Bread

App: Shrimp Cocktail 

Main: Red Wine Braised Short Ribs, Pomme Puree, Glazed Carrots, and Red Wine Jus

Dessert: Sticky Toffee Pudding
